2021 Arise and Shine Women's Luncheon

Join us as we empower, inspire and celebrate women in the community at the Arise and Shine Women's Luncheon!

This years speakers include women that have risen above and beyond all while raising a family and more.

Our Keynote speaker is Dr. Jeanne Ann Stuckey:

• Research Associate Professor in the Life Sciences Institute
• Research Associate Professor in the Department of Biological
• Chemistry and Research Associate Professor in Biophysics
• Managing Director for the University of Michigan Center for Structural Biology

She has developed patents for new cancer therapies including the latest FDA approved therapy for advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck.

Additionally she is a mother, grandmother and wife that juggles her career and household with grace.

Our secondary speaker is Sandra Pearson:

• President and Chief Executive Officer for Habitat for Humanity of Michigan
• Co-author of MSHDA’s Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Homeownership program
• Served on HFHI’s U.S. Council and the Finance and Resource Development council
• Recipient of the 2016 Duvernay Award, the top honor in affordable housing and community development

Additionally she is also a mother and wife that juggles her career and successes with grace.

You will not want to miss this amazing event that will also include a celebration of shining women in the community, vendors, lunch and more.

Due to the room capacity this years event will offer a limited number of in-person tickets and a limited number of virtual pods.

Host a Virtual Pod at a location of your choosing - provide materials, goodies and more for 10 women. Plus choose a Shining Woman to be recognized at the event. (lunch and party pack for 10 people included)

Support and honor a Shining Woman! Help us celebrate and honor a woman in the community. She will receive a special award and be recognized at the event. Your company/organization will also be recognized at the event and more.
